Use
- Gently light the Smudge Stick for 10-15 seconds and use the smoke to cleanse your space
- Place the Smoky Quartz Crystal on your stomach, close your eyes, and take three deep breaths
- Lightly press the Calming Serum onto any of your nine major pulse points; to release anxiety and tension, we recommend applying pressure on your inner wrists, along the wrist crease towards the pinky side for about one minute
- Complete your favorite mind, body, or spirit exercise from your Workbook; jot down thoughts and feelings

Do you offset the carbon in your shipping?
Absolutely! Les Coeurs Sauvages is committed to helping the planet and taking meaningful action, which is why all of our shipments are 100% carbon neutral at no cost to you! We offset the carbon in all of our shipping. For every mile a truck travels to get your package to you, we pay to support forest preservation in order to make sure the levels of CO2 in the atmosphere stay the same.
